Who are the trainers
All our trainers have degrees or have acquired extensive working experience in one or more of these disciplines: Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Animators and effects professionals, video editors and cinematographers, rich media designers.
Our training is divided into focused workshops, each student will be able to design their own training scope by selecting one or more workshops to achieve their goal. Our staff will help them assess and translate their needs into an efficient custom training structure.
Most of the workshops are 3 hours sessions including instruction time and hands-on. All our classes range from 1 to 6 people. Most of them are tailored to an individual or firm, and its applicability to a specific industry.
Training is offered during weekdays, or weekends.
All courses are priced per person and range from CAD $500 to CAD $1000. Discounts apply for companies training groups of two or more people. Call us to inquire.
Most of the workshops can be provided on-site across Canada or US. In French or English in Quebec, in English everywhere else. In Toronto students can take the classes in our office centrally located or we can also deliver it on-site. Prices may vary in specific cases to accommodate customer’s requirements and schedules.

ZOLOS is a Canadian company representing the award-winning formZ line of 3D modeling products from autodessys (automated design systems) of Columbus Ohio. On November 15, 1998, ZOLOS was established as the exclusive Canadian distributor of formZ products.
Our Goal: To provide the most efficient 3D design and animation solutions to computer graphic artists, while maintaining the highest standard of service and integration for our clientele.z
The ZOLOS team
(Founder and Director) Alain Cohen brings twenty years of experience in marketing high-end CAD software to the Canadian and U.S. markets. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Alain began his career with a bachelor degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. After graduating, he taught design and morphology (the study of form)at the University, until moving to Paris to work at a prestigious architectural firm for four years. In November 1998, Alain Cohen established ZOLOS as the exclusive Canadian distributor of formZ software products. He has expanded direct and channel sales of formZ, developed a network of formZ trained consultants across Canada, and provided an identity to Canadian formZ users by creating a Web site to showcase their 3D work.
Nathanael began working with Zolos in 1999 doing product demonstrations and product training. He has trained a wide variety of formZ users in the Toronto area in disciplines ranging from architecture to retail display fabricators. He has also provided technical assistance to formZ users including such projects as large scale public art work for the Toronto Transit Commission. Nathanael is an architect practicing in Ontario. He uses formZ in his own practice for a wide range of modelling requirements supporting his architectural work.
Graduate Architect, Computer Visualization Wizard & 3D Artist
(Quebec): Eric Tremblay, is a graduate of the Université de Montreal School of Industrial Design and Architecture (1995) where he did all his studio projects in formZ. Later, Eric joined Sceno Plus, designers of theatre spaces for the world famous Cirque du Soleil. He is now Polygone Studios in Montreal, providing 3D modeling and Animation services to the Design community.
